Had a great time at Peppers! Spacious suite with stunning river views made our stay so enjoyable. The location’s perfect for exploring local restaurants and parks. Just a bit of noise from nearby buildings, but overall, I’d definitely return!

The beautifully furnished suite and superbly comfortable king bed really enhanced our stay.
Unfortunately, we experienced a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains, which detracted from our overall experience. our check-in process promised a complimentary bottle of white wine for Accor members, but we never received it. I also felt that the staff could have provided more information about nearby walking paths, which would have made our exploration of Launceston more enjoyable.

I can’t believe the absolute mess this place was. The windows were filthy, and there were horrendous stains on the lounge seating. I even had to cover it with towels! I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, but I guess that's too much to ask. This hotel didn't live up to its supposed luxury.

Generous space with lovely views
The one-bedroom city view apartment offered immense comfort, clean linen, and a splendid view of the river. The attentive reception staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
While our overall experience was pleasant, we faced some minor inconveniences, including noisy plumbing in the shower and furniture that showed signs of age.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and cafes while taking a guided tour to explore historical sites. The clean room had great views, and easy parking made our stay even better. Definitely recommend visiting the Cataract Gorge and the local wineries for a full experience.
One downside was the metal corner of the bed, which I accidentally hit and found uncomfortable during our stay.

great view but average amenities
The view from our room was absolutely stunning! ! Being close to downtown allowed for a delightful exploration experience. The bed set a new standard for comfort, which made our nights restful and rejuvenating.
The amenities left something to be desired.
